I. Product Overview
-
The kill manifold is the primary equipment used to implement oil and gas well pressure control technology. When the wellhead pressure increases, the kill manifold can be used to pump heavy drilling fluid into the well to balance the bottom-hole pressure, preventing well kicks and blowouts.

It can be used for direct venting/flaring, releasing downhole pressure via the connected flare line.

It can also be used for cementing operations (squeeze cementing), injecting fresh water or extinguishing agents into the wellhead.

Through the check valve (single flow valve) on the kill manifold, the killing fluid or other fluids can only be injected into the well, preventing backflow and achieving the objective of well control or other operations.

The kill manifolds produced by our factory comply with the requirements of API 16C and NACE MR0175 standards.

The kill manifold can be specially designed and manufactured according to user requirements.
II. Design Features

When normal drilling fluid circulation is impossible, the kill manifold must be used to pump drilling fluid into the well. A high-pressure pump needs to be connected to the kill manifold so that the drilling fluid enters the wellbore via the check valve (unidirectional valve).

When the wellhead is fully sealed with a blind ram, weighted drilling fluid is forcibly injected into the wellbore through the kill manifold to perform well-killing operations.
