Ⅰ. Product Overview

Check Valve is primarily used to isolate well fluids and other media. Installed in high-pressure pipelines, the flapper or dart inside the valve automatically closes and seals when fluid attempts to flow back, thus preventing reverse flow . The check valve is forged from high-strength alloy steel, features a streamlined exterior, and uses Hammer Union end connections for easy assembly and disassembly within the pipeline. It offers a long service life under high-pressure conditions and is designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with API-6A standards.

The main components of the high-pressure check valve include the body, bonnet, seat, and stem.

The check valve is available in three structural configurations: Straight Flapper Type, Top Cover Flapper Type , and Dart Type . The end connection is a Hammer Union.
Ⅱ. Design Features

High Structural Strength: The check valve is forged from high-strength alloy steel.

Convenient Installation/Disassembly: The Hammer Union end connections allow for easy installation and removal from the pipeline.

Excellent Sealing Performance: The surface of the internal flapper is vulcanized with a layer of Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (HNBR), ensuring excellent sealing performance for the valve.

Long Service Life: Provides an extended service life when subjected to high pressure.

Easy Maintenance: The check valve can undergo routine maintenance without being removed from the high-pressure pipeline.

Strong Environmental Adaptability: The high-pressure check valve is suitable for conventional operations, and customers can also order versions specifically designed for sour gas service.
