I. Product Overview
High-pressure integral pipe fittings (or integral connections) are high-pressure fluid control components used in cementing and fracturing equipment. They are widely utilized in acidic operating environments, high-pressure discharge lines, input lines, temporary flow lines, well testing lines, and other high-pressure conveying pipelines. These high-pressure fittings are available in sizes from 2 in to 4 in, with rated working pressures ranging from 42 MPa to 140 MPa ( 6000 Psi to 20000 Psi), and an operating temperature range of −46 ℃ to 121 ℃ .
The technical parameters and performance of the integral fittings comply with the API 6A specification. The material grades are AA-EE, and the products are interchangeable with equivalent products from SPM.
The Integral Fitting (Integral Pipe Connection) series includes: L-type 90° Elbow, Long Radius 90 ° Elbow, Tee, Wye (Y-type) Fitting, Manifold Fitting, Cross Fitting, Swivel Joint, Stereo Manifold Fitting, Stereo Cross Fitting, and Stereo Wye Fitting.
II. Design Features
The integral fittings are manufactured from high-strength alloy steel through a specialized strengthening and toughening process. They utilize Acme thread connection, which provides the features of easy and fast disassembly, as well as firm and reliable connection. The multi-seal design and extremely high machining precision ensure the sealing performance of the fittings.

The blanks for the integral fittings are forged from high-strength alloy steel.

They undergo strict heat treatment, resulting in characteristics such as compact structure, uniform wall thickness, long service life, aesthetically pleasing and smooth appearance, strong interchangeability of connection ends, and convenient connection.

The threads are machined with imported tooling, ensuring good sealing.

Thickening treatment is applied to areas where the fluid direction changes and internal wall erosion is more severe (such as elbows and fittings) to extend the safe service life.

IV. Operating Instructions
-
Prior to Use: The rated working pressure, applicable specifications, and permissible temperature range of the integral joint must be confirmed from the nameplate.
-
Temperature Selection: The operator should consider the temperature the equipment will be subjected to during drilling or production operations, select an appropriate temperature value, and use an integral joint with a corresponding permissible temperature range.
-
Pressure Testing: All integral joints undergo strict hydrostatic pressure tests and non-destructive testing before leaving the factory. After disassembly or repair, a hydrostatic test must be performed. The test pressure shall be the rated working pressure, maintained for 10 minutes, with no leakage allowed. (Note: Air in the system must be completely vented before pressure testing.)

Thickness Measurement: The wall thickness of the integral joint should be regularly measured using an ultrasonic thickness gauge, suggested monthly. If the effective thickness value is not met, it must be replaced immediately, and should be checked along with other pipelines.

Operating Environment: The integral joint must not be immersed in water or operated underwater. It must not withstand axial load during operation.

Installation Safety: Operators should wear safety goggles during installation to prevent small fragments from flying out and causing eye injury.
V. Warnings
-
Pressure Limit: It is strictly forbidden to use the integral joint under conditions exceeding the rated working pressure.

Temperature Limit: The designed operating temperature range of the integral joint is -46℃ to 121℃. Use must be immediately discontinued if the ambient temperature is below −46℃ or if the temperature of the fluid being contacted exceeds 121℃.

Disassembly Safety: Do not disassemble the integral joint while the system is under working pressure.

Condition & Mixing: The integral joint is strictly forbidden for use if it does not meet the specified wall thickness. It is strictly forbidden to mix new and old high-pressure joints.
VI. Transportation and Storage

Transportation: The integral joint must be protected from impact/collision and rain during transportation.

Storage: The integral joint should be stored in a well-ventilated, dry place, protected from direct sunlight and rain. Contact with corrosive substances such as acids, alkalis, and salts is strictly forbidden.
VII. Service

Warranty: Under normal storage and usage conditions, if the product's normal use is affected by manufacturing quality defects within six months from the date of ex-factory or within three months of product use, the company is responsible for free replacement or repair.

Documentation: Each product is accompanied by a Certificate of Conformity, Packing List, and Operating Instructions.

Ordering: Users can order high-pressure joints based on the size of the pipe diameter required. The company can undertake design and manufacturing for special requirements.
